Health minister held a review meeting with medical officers and asked them to call for tenders to take up painting works of all the primary health centres, area hospitals and make the surroundings neat and clean
Nizamabad: Deputy Chief Minister Dr T. Rajaiah urged doctors to provide quality services to the patients visiting government hospitals. Mr Rajaiah, who also is the health minister, visited Government Medical College and the government hospital here on Wednesday. He held a review meeting with medical officers and asked them to call for tenders to take up painting works of all the primary health centres, area hospitals and make the surroundings neat and clean.
The details of doctors' qualifications and the availability of medicine stocks should also be displayed at every hospital, he said.The deputy chief minister said that Rs113 crore funds were still remaining to be used by government hospitals in Telangana. The funds should be exhausted before March 31, next year, he said.
