Man seeking job in the city found dead

Police registered a case under section 174 CrPC and are investigating

Hyderabad: An MCA degree holdeer was found dead under suspicious circumstances in Kukatpally Housing Board Colony in the early hours on Saturday. He came to the city in search of a job.

There was no suicide note found and the reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained. The incident occurred near Poojitha Women’s Hostel in Addagutta in KPHB.

The victim was identified as T. Phanindra Kumar, 25, son of Srininasa Perumalu, a resident of Vekanuru village of Avanigadda mandal in Krishna district.

According to the KPHB police, Phanindra came to Hyderabad recently to find a job. He stayed at his friends’ room in Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar and was searching for a job. He attended interviews and even after repeated attempts, he failed to secure a job. The cops have registered a case.

He left his room on Friday night around 8.30 pm and has been missing since then. A police patrol party found him unconscious near the hostel on Saturday morning. He was shifted to the hospital where he was declared dead.

Police registered a case under section 174 CrPC and are investigating. They suspect Phanindra was depressed over failing to secure a job. However the police are investigating from all possible angles.

The body was shifted to the Gandhi Hospital and was later handed over to the family after post mortem.
