Several terrorist sleeper cells have been reactivated in Telangana

Hyderabad: While Moutasim Billah and his father Islahi denied having links with the two SIMI operatives Shah Mudassir and Shoeb Ahmed Khan the Telangana police had a different story to tell.
A senior intelligence official said, “Billah was named in the confession of the two accused who have been arrested. According to our information several suspects are active and in touch with some of the absconding Hyderabadis operating outside the country.”
Police said that there were several sleeper cells which have been reactivated in the State.
“Terror suspects have been using the social media. We are keeping a close watch,” said an intelligence official.
Police are likely to grill several suspects including Billah.
