Leaked: 'Happy New Year' script with Deepika Padukone's trademark dialogue

Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s musical heist film ‘Happy New Year’ opened with a bang this weekend. Ever since we got a preview of Mohini’s ‘Lovely’ performance, we fell completely in love with Deepika’s character in the film and her trademark dialogue-“Ijhi lagtai Mohini ka dence?”

We just happened to find the page of the ‘Happy New Year’ script with that exact same trademark dialogue.

The scene takes place after Mohini’s introduction song ‘Lovely’ in the green room where Charlie ( Shah Rukh) and Nandu (Abhishek) are trying to convince her to teach them how to dance.

It wasn't very difficult for Deepika to play the role of a bar dancer-turned-dance teacher as she has lived in Mumbai for seven years now and her mother tongue is Konkani, which is very similar to Marathi.
