Washington: Christian Bale will play the role of Steve Jobs in the upcoming biopic, it has been reported.
Aaron Sorkin , who will helm the project, said that 'The Machinist' star was a phenomenal actor and they needed the best artist to play this extremely difficult role, the CNN reported.
The film would reportedly be based on the ' Steve Jobs' biography by Walter Isaacson, which the late Jobs sanctioned. The Apple co-founder died in 2011 following a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
