Hyderabad: The Hyderabad police arrested two individuals who they claimed were to receive training from the al-Qaeda when they came to Hyderabad.
“They were active on social networking sites with several Facebook accounts, and they used them to propagate jihad. During the FB chats, the men came in contact with Abu Saif and Kamaran Sha of Pakistan and Zahid al-Hindi of Afghanistan.
Once, Kamaran Sha shared literature on explosives over Facebook, in which three methods of manufacturing explosives using easily available chemicals were discussed.
He motivated both of them to manufacture bombs and carry out attacks in Maharashtra. He stated he would be happy to see the news of bomb blasts in India,” added Ms Jayalakshmi.
