B-Town celebrates Diwali, urges fans to remember flood victims
Mumbai: As Diwali fever has caught up theHindi Film Industry, celebrities including Anupam Kher, Raveena Tandon have called on their fans to remember the Kashmir flood victims on the auspicious occasion. Kher, who is a Kashmiri, said, "This Diwali I would like to urge everyone to spare a moment for Kashmir flood victims and remember them in their prayers."
Kashmir was hit by unprecedented floods last month in which widespread damage was caused. 'Mohra' star Raveena asked her fans to make donations for the rehabilitation of flood victims in Kashmir and Assam this Diwali. "My kids love only the more demure firecrackers, phuljari, anar, chakli, besides that they donate the rest of theirfirecracker money. Your Diwali will only be more blessed! Parts of our country faced floods, calamities, can also donate in those funds," Tandon tweeted.

Some celebrities have urged fans to have fireworks free Diwali. "I would like to wish all my fans a very Happy Diwali.
