Chennai: What happens when two of the nation’s biggest stars come together to cheer for you? You emerge victorious of course! And that’s exactly what happened to the members of Chennaiyin FC last night when actors Amitabh Bachchan and Rajnikanth were seated in the stands cheering for the team.
Mr. Bachchan invited Rajinikanth to come watch the Chennaiyin FC Vs Kerala Blasters yesterday, October 21. Amitabh Bachchan was very pleased to have Thalaivar as his guest.
After his son’s team emerged victorious, Bachchan took to his social media page to share pictures from the stadium. He said, “At Chennai with the distinguished company of Rajnikanth and Sachin .We won! Thank you Rajni for coming at such a short notice invitation .. always a friend(sic)”
Seated with the two Indian cinema superstars was another living legend, none other than Sachin Tendulkar, co-owner of Kerala Blasters. The three charming men were seated together cheering for their respective teams.
