Mumbai: Natasa Stankovic, who is the latest contestant to be eliminated from the Bigg Boss house, believes that not knowing Hindi worked against her. “Language was the biggest barrier. I did try to speak a little Hindi though, by adding English words as and when I could.”
Another thing that bothered her was the food. “It was too spicy! Initially I couldn’t eat it at all, but then I couldn’t be selfish and expect food to be made for me separately. So I tried to make peace with it.”
As far as the contestants are concerned, Natasa didn’t quite hit it off with Karishma Tanna, who at one point, was seen rubbing chilly powder on Natasa’s face. Is she angry at her still?
“I’d rather let bygones be bygones. Karishma apologised to me later saying it wasn’t personal, and I’ve forgiven her. Yes, I have had a few bad moments in the house, but I would like to carry the good ones with me. Sushant, for example, was very friendly and full of energy. He taught me how to sing Hindi songs. I also enjoyed being with Praneet and Sukirti.”
So what has Natasa planned for the future? “I’d like to do more films, music videos and commercials. I’d also like to come back to Bigg Boss if I have the chance,” she says.
There have been rumours that Natasa has been dating actor Aly Gony of Yehi Hai Mohabbatein fame. The actor tweeted pictures of the two while making a vote appeal for the actress.
Natasa refused to comment on the equation. “I’d rather not talk about it now,” she says.
