Mumbai: Staying friends with an ex isnt the easiest thing in the world to do, whether you're famous or not. While many celeb breakups (and divorces in particular) can get nasty, there are a few who put aside animosity. Uday Chopra just answered the question that has been plaguing us all — can former lover remain friends? by wishing alleged former girlfriend Nargis on her birthday.

Looks like the two have managed to stay friendly even though their love probably fizzled.

The actor has never shied away from displaying his affections for Nargis. Previously he had posted a picture on Twitter, posing with a mug that had a picture of Nargis on it, stating " who is this @NargisFakhri that everyone keeps linking me with...I've never heard of her." Close friend Hrithik Roshan had replied to the tweet saying , "Mindblowing! Hahahaha @udaychopra". Sadly, Nargis was too busy to return Chopra's public display of affection then and even now the actress is yet to reply on Twitter.

While both Uday and Nargis have stayed mum over their relationship status, their PDA on social media has become the talk of the town.
