Naidu sought an explanation from the telephone service providers

Visakhapatnam: With mobile networks down in the region, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu sought an explanation from the telephone service providers on why the towers didn’t function and were not restored expeditiously.
Officials said that a total of 325 cell towers were located at various places in the region out of which only 75 were functioning.
“Telephone operators should come up with data on the towers by Tuesday. If they fail, we will send the police to arrest them,” Mr Naidu said.
