Mumbai: Have you ever seen a dog feeding tiger cub and deer fawns? As bizarre as it may sound, this has really happened at a zoo in Madhya Pradesh.
This video shows a tiger cub feeding from a black Labrador at a zoo in Madhya Pradesh.
According to Wall Street Journal, Labrador has been feeding the tiger cub as well as two deer fawns for the past three weeks.
“The cub’s mother rejected her baby and had to be isolated,” said Uttam Yadav, the officer in charge of the zoo.
“The Forest Department in Indore rescued the two orphans fawns and brought to the zoo for rearing,” said Mr. Yadav.
The dog will continue to feed the zoo animals for another month he added.
The black Labrador belongs to dog breeder Mukesh Joshi, who arranged for his pet to feed the zoo animals.
