Mumbai: Deepika Padukone seems to have gotten over the cleavage row which had propelled her into a war of words with a national daily. She was recently seen having a good laugh when the issue was brought up on Comedy Nights with Kapil.
A source says, “The team of Comedy Nights made a spoof on the cleavage issue. The team wasn’t sure how the actress would react as she wasn’t informed in advance. Sunil Grover dressed up as ‘Seepika Padukone’, an upcoming actress to be launched by ‘Faroj Khan’.
Sunil then sported a deep-neck ghagra choli and Kapil commented, ‘Kya pehenke aayi hai! Tera poora cleavage dikh raha hai!’ Seepika charged angrily saying ‘Tumhara kya jaata hai’.
“At this point everyone’s eyes were on Deepika to see how she would react but the actress took the act in good humour and had a hearty laugh. Later, she complimented Sunil for his act and said that he was perfect as Seepika Padukone.”
