Renu Desai could be cashing in on ex-husband Pawan Kalyan’s fame

Hyderabad: Renu Desai, who separated from Pawan Kalyan many years ago, citing incorrigible differences, will ironically be in Hyderabad to promote her Marathi film Ishq Wala Love, that’s also being dubbed in Telugu.
Sources say, she perhaps wants to cash in on Pawan’s fame that may help her film since their son is also acting in it. This is the first time that a Marathi film has been dubbed in Telugu.
“Looks like Renu is hoping for a good opening in Telugu, thanks to the Pawan Kalyan connection. She has recently been posting many positive comments about him to get his fans’ support too,” a source said.
“Akira Nandan, son of Renu and Pawan has a short appearance in the film (literally a few minutes), and this is to woo the Telugu audience,” says our source.
It remains to be seen if Pawan Kalyan, for the sake of their son at least, will support ex-wife Renu, in this endeavour.
