'Happy New Year' team shot KBC's Diwali special episode
Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and the team of 'Happy New Year' appeared on the Amitabh Bachchan hosted reality game show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' to promote their Diwali release. The musical heist drama film stars SRK, Deepika Padukone,Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah. Bachchan shared on his blog, pictures from the shoot of the episode, which will be aired on Diwali. "That has been the fun factor with the team of HNY on set of KBC.. Abhishek with me for the first time on the Hot seat and the laughter and dance and excitement of an episode that comes on for Diwali...," Bachchan wrote in his blog.
"HNY On KBC. Amitabh uncle n such a good time was had by all!! Rotating hot seat for the 1st time," Farah Khan posted on her Facebook and Twitter page along with a delightful group photograph.
The team also danced to their song "Indiawaale", lending a celebratory mood to the episode, which will be aired on the festival of Diwali Oct 23.
