Dil Raju denies the rumours
The producer says that his movie Kerintha has not been shelved
Hyderabad: There are rumours doing the rounds in Tollywood that producer Dil Raju’s upcoming film Kerintha has been shelved. Rumour has it that the producer had recently put a lot of money on a few big films as a distributor and incurred huge losses because of those films’ failure at the box-office. As a result, Kerintha had to be shelved.
When contacted, Dil Raju laughed the rumours off and said, “The shooting of the film started today. It is true that I stopped after 25 days of shooting. That was because I wanted to make few changes.” He added that he was not satisfied with the output of the 25-day shoot.
“I made a few changes to the script and now shooting will continue till the end. I plan to release the movie in February next year,” says Dil Raju.
When asked whether he was concentrating more on his real estate business than on films, he laughed and said, “I know only filmmaking and I don’t want to leave it.”
