DGP says CM Chandrababu Naidu committed to rebuild the state
Anantapur: Director General of Police J.V. Ramudu has called upon the employees of the state to take part in the Janmaboomi-Maa Vooru programme at their villages.Mr Ramudu had taken part in the Janmabhoo-mi-Maa Vooru programme at his native village Narsimpalli of Tadimarri mandal in the district on Wednesday. The police boss, a regular visitor to his own village and also assisted in developing JVRRDF high school, initiated to participate in the Janmabhoomi programme.
Accompanied by the civil supplies minister Paritala Sunitha and IT minister Palle Raghunath Reddy, collector Solomen Arogyaraj and several others, the DGP participated in the public meeting and also related activities in the village.Speaking on the occasion, Mr Ramudu observed that taking part in the Janmaboomi-Maa Vooru in the village was amazing experience for him. “It’s an ultimate satisfaction for any person who will be part of the programme in his own village.”
Sharing his experience, the DGP suggested the employees to be part of development of their own village as the state was badly hit after the division.“Rebuilding of residuary state could be done only after serious concentration on rural development at all parts,” he said and stressed the need for involvement of all sections of people including the employees.
Lauding the Janmabh-oomi the DGP said Chief Minister N. Chandra-babu Naidu was committed to rebuild the state and taking all steps in that direction.The DGP called upon the rural people to improve their English language skills among the children to compete at all levels in the society.
Mr Ramudu distributed old age and disabled pensions for the beneficiaries in the village. Ministers Sunitha and Raghunath Reddy announced to sanction road from main road to Narsimpalli village.
