AP CM Chandrababu Naidu to give Telangana more power

CM offers surplus power to rival Telangana state in the future
Guntur: In a surprise move, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has announced that his government would offer surplus power to rival Telangana state in the future.
Refuting allegations of Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao that he and the AP government were responsible for the power crisis in Telangana, Mr Naidu analysed that the state bifurcation was the cause of Telangana’s power crisis. He ridiculed the stand that the power crisis in Telangana could not be resolved without criticism and allegations against him.
Addressing the public during Janmabhoomi programme in Vinukonda on Wednesday, Mr Naidu said that he had cautioned about the power, water and other difficulties in the Telagnana region due to bifurcation but Mr Chandrasekhar Rao was adamant, about the division.
