Rare Lunar Eclipse unveils 'blood moon'
A full lunar eclipse completed its course leaving star gazers gaping at the 'Blood Moon'. The blood moon, and lunar eclipse was clearly visible from Canada, United States, and Australia, while India saw a partial eclipse. - Only when the moon was totally eclipsed did the redness appear. The total eclipse was also to last about an hour, and ditto for the return to its normal colour. The total eclipse happened at 6am on the US east coast.
