Flipkart website is expected to recover within a couple of minutes
Flipkart set out big discounts on the Big Billion Day. The online website caters to all kinds of categories like lifestyle, smartphones, fashion, jewellery, home appliances etc. Products on Flipkart has been priced for as low as Re.1.
Flipkart’s exclusive offers include:
- Multiple items at price of Re.1
- Upto 30% off on smartphones
- Laptops starting Rs 15,000
- Fashion & perfumes at 50% off
- Toys at 50% off
- Discounts on brands like Xiaomi, Motorola, Asus , Huawei Honor 6, ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fire C and Lenovo Vibe Z2
As Flipkart had already created a hype about bumper discounts, multiple online shoppers logged on to Flipkart sharp at 8 am on October 6, 2014. Currently, Flipkart website has crashed.
The company has posted an apology on the inconvenience faced due to the server error of Flipkart and promises to fix it within a couple of minutes.
So, if you are getting an error while clicking on the 'Add to the cart' or 'Buy now' tab, don't panic. The online shopping site will operate soon.
