Amjad Khan who made an impressive debut in Vallinam is yet another hero.  “Even Kannedhire Thondrinaal dealt with romance and friendship and its major success was due to its fresh treatment of the subject. In Natpadhigaram 79, though I am once again touching on friendship, it will be in a different dimension,” according to the director.

He adds, “When I introduced Harris in Majnu, the songs became chartbusters and the talk of the town. Similarly, debut composer Neelam Nilambur’s numbers will be a hit too. Veteran composer Deva has crooned a gaana number for this film after a gap.”
