Bhopal: An undertrial was beaten, forcefully dragged in a semi-naked condition to a district court in Bhopal.
The undertrial, Anees Khan has been booked under the Arms Act. According to sources, Khan had refused to enter the courtroom.
Police personnel accompanying him to the court, stripped him, beat him and dragged him inside.
No one was available for comments.
