What people really look for in a spouse revealed
Washington: A new survey has revealed what people really want in a spouse.
The survey conducted by Pew Research Center found out that 62percent percent of men said that finding a partner who shared similar ideas about having and raising children was the most desirable trait in a future spouse, Huffington Post reported.
The data revealed that 78 percent of women said they will consider a partner who had a steady job.
The report stated that if all never-married young women in 2012 wanted to find a young employed man who had also never been married, nine percent of them would fail, simply because there were not enough men in the target group.
According to Pew one in four unmarried adults under age 35 right now may still be single well into their 50s.
