Leaked: Upcoming Apple iPads to have additional features
Apple has already launched their flagship smartphones and unveiled the most-awaited Watch last month. Now it is the turn of the next-generation iPads to be unveiled to the world.
According to a report on The Guardian, a hidden code in the iOS 8.1 beta software suggests that the new iPads will feature a Touch ID fingerprint sensor and Apple Pay facility. However, it is not confirmed whether the new iPads will feature NFC.
The report also states that the new iPad versions will sport larger display with a 12.9-inch screen.
Their sources also claim that the iPad will feature the multi-window or split-screen functions.
The new iPads will supposedly carry the trend of the internal storage as the iPhone 6 smartphones—16GB, 64GB and 128GB, and possibly a 256GB version too.
However, it is only a matter of a few days till Apple announces the new iPads.
