Cheating case against producer Bandla Ganesh

Hyderabad: A case has been filed against Tollywood producer Bandla Ganesh for allegedly cheating and threatening a financier. It has been alleged that Ganesh had taken Rs 80 lakh from Sai Dharma Charan during the making of Pawan Kalyan’s movie Gabbar Singh in 2011. the producer also promised to sell the film’s rights to the financier. However, neither did he return the money nor gave the rights of the film to Mr Charan. Instead, he threatened the financier. According to the Banjara Hills police, the victim lodged a complaint and a case was registered. Sources said, a team has been formed to nab Bandla Ganesh, who is absconding.
