Mumbai: The makers of Shahid Kapoor-Priyanka Chopra starrer 'Kaminey' are contemplating on a sequel to the 2009 film, which was lapped up by critics and audience alike. ‘Haider’ star Shahid Kapoor has recently revealed the news while on a promotional spree for his upcoming film.
The actor is quoted to have said that the story and idea for the sequel to Kaminey is ready and he is eager to work in it.
'Kaminey' was directed by Vishal and had Shahid, Priyanka Chopra and Amol Gupte in lead roles.
Meanwhile Shahid is busy promoting his film 'Haider' which is the Bollywood adaptation of William Shakespeare's Hamlet and the final film of his trilogy that began with 'Maqbool' followed by 'Omkara'.
The film will release on October 2.
