The top comedian is close to creating a record of acting in 1,000 films

Hyderabad: Top comedian Brahmanandam has played important roles in many hit films and many writers have created special roles for him in most of his films. Both in big films as well as small films, Brahmanandam has always been a special attraction and now he will be seen as Sippy in the upcoming film Loukyam, an entertainer with Gopichand and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead.
“My character’s name is Sridhar Seepana and is called Sippy in short,” says Brahmanandam. He added that the character has been designed very skilfully and woven into the storyline in such a way that it will provide entertainment throughout the film. “In this film most of my scenes are with Chandra Mohan and our combination is a winner,” says the comic actor.

The Telugu film industry may do something special to felicitate him when he reaches the 1,000 mark. The actor has already received a mention in the Guinness Books of World Records in 2007 for acting in 754 films in a span of just 20 years.
