Windows 9 and OS X Yosemite could launch at the same time

October will be the month of the two OS giant launches

Apple is expected to launch the OS X Yosemite on October 21. The event will highlight the introduction of Mac OS X Yosemite alongside the launch of the iPad Air 2 and the iPad Mini 3.

With growing interest of the Windows 9 operating system, Microsoft had scheduled the operating system launch on September 30.

However, according to a recent speculation, SoftPedia reported that Microsoft will push the date forward to October (Since Windows 8 also saw the launch event happening in October 2012).

The month of October will be most important to both the tech giants for the release of the next operating system platforms and it seems like Microsoft would release the Windows 9 beta closet to Apple’s Mac OS x Yosemite debut launch.

However, these are just market speculations and nothing is yet finalised. We are yet to hear from both companies about their final launch dates.
