Hyderabad: It’s holiday time in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and filmmakers are trying their best to cash in. After two big releases in the last two weeks, Gopichand is now coming up with his film Loukyam, which will release this Friday.
Despite a Ram Charan film releasing on October 1, Gopichand wants to release the film now. “The makers wanted to cash in on the holiday crowd and they are not worrying about other films,” says a source close to the unit.
This film is an entertainer and comedian Brahmanandam plays a crucial part in it. And the makers feel that a week is enough to generate good revenues for their film.
