Lack of officers hinders administrative works
Of the 11 ministers in the Cabinet, several are yet to make their mark
Hyderabad: Releasing 100-day progress reports has become a convention now both at the Centre and state-level. “We don’t have adequate officers who can assist us in administration. Each officer has to look after three to four departments now. With this, there is no focus on any department,” said home minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy.
Of the 11 ministers in the Cabinet, several are yet to make their mark. Ministers K.T. Rama Rao, T. Harish Rao, Etela Rajender, Pocharam Srinivas Reddy are regularly seen holding departmental meetings, others are mostly in their districts.
