Hyderabad: The cash-strapped Water Board is soon set to start a drive of disconnecting the water supply lines of defaulters in the city.
M. Jagadeeshwar, the managing director of the Water Board, has directed the Board officials to disconnect all water connections that have arrear amonting to Rs 10,000 or more.
In a review meeting, the managing director instructed the regional general managers to achieve the set target of collecting Rs 100 crore by this month end.
