Focus on Vizianagaram

People who cannot afford the sites here prefer to buy flats there. Vizianagaram is just 40 km away from Vizag. Students and employees prefer to stay in the town and daily travel to Vizag. The flats here are comparatively cheaper than in Vizag.

This scenario is also encouraging the buyers. More number of Pharma and IT companies are also likely to be established between Vizag and Viziana-garam route. So the employees also giving priority to Viziana-garam as the town has lesser traffic and convenient to stay with less expenditure. The town with 2.27 lakh population is attracting the people for better living standards at affordable price.

Along with house rents the town is cheaper than Vizag. The town is just 30 kilometers away from Pydibheemavaram, which is the Pharma hub in North Andhra. So, the employees working in those companies also like to live there. All these factors have promoted the apartment culture in the town.

A large number of apartment ventures have been started at Ring Road, Pradeep Nagar, Thotapalem and Phool Bhagh colony.

The price at Vizianagaram is around Rs 10 Lakh lesser than flats in Vizag. Investors can purchase the flat here at around Rs 17 lakh where as the cost of the same flat is more than Rs 25 lakh in Vizag.

As per the demand the cost of plots is also increasing day by day. The price of a plot at Pradeep Nagar per square yard was around Rs 2,500 to Rs 3000 in 2011. But now the same plot is being sold for more than Rs 7,000.

V.S.N. Kumar, a builder said, “People are interested to invest here as the town is near to Vizag and they can easily travel there. We are getting good response for our new venture at Pradeep Nagar. With less traffic, they can have hassle-free life here. So they like to purchase flats here.”
