Swamy made the allegations against the government in his twitter account

Chennai: Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa has filed a third defamation case in a city court on Tuesday against BJP leader Subramanian Swamy for posting a tweet against the government led by her in his Twitter account.
Swamy made the allegations against the government in his twitter account Subramanian Swamy@Swamy39 on September 12, 2014
While filing the petition in the principal sessions court, city public prosecutor M.L. Jegan submitted that on complete reading of the tweet it was per-se defamatory and he made the remarks without any basis and verification.
It was posted in the electronic media to defame the Chief Minister.
