Khammam: The removal of outsourcing employees working at 132 KV substation at Yatapaka under Nellipaka mandal in Andhra Pradesh from their jobs has sparked a row.
The Transco employees have found fault with the superintendent engineer for handing over the substation to the AP officials without directions from the Telangana government.
The outsourcing employees were removed on oral orders by the AP officials.
However, assistant engineer Karthik Babu defended himself by saying that he handed over the substation as per the direction of the superintendent engineer.
Telangana Electricity Employees Association leader C S Ramakrishna urged the government to take action against officials who had facilitated the transfer of the substation to AP.
