Million-to-one gene gives this black mother a white son

Mumbai: When Catherine Howarth was handed her newborn baby she thought the hospital had made a mistake. While Howarth is a Nigerian black, her infant son is white.

With stunning looks and a creamy complexion, Jonah is not only photogenic, but also has a lovely shaped face.

His father Richard, a medical recruitment consultant, who is white, too found it difficult to believe it was their child.

Howarth said that everyone from her family side, going back generations have all been black.

The one-in-a-million combination of the parents’ genes has bagged Jonah five top modelling assignments already. As reported in the Daily Mail, the three-month-old has already appeared in several photoshoots.
