Holographic Excise Adhesive Labels (HEALS) on Liquor Bottles
Hyderabad: The Association of Liquor and Beer Suppliers has moved the High Court challenging the decision of the AP and Telangana state governments in directing the distilleries to install the required hardware and software in their units for fixation of Holographic Excise Adhesive Labels (Heals) on liquor bottles.
The Association has filed separate petitions against Andhra Pradesh and Telangana stating that both the states issued the circular directing the distilleries to complete the installation by May 30, 2014.
