Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court on Thursday directed the Telangana state government and Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture Fine Arts University (JNAFAU) to spell out their stand on a plea by a professor challenging his removal him from the post of convener of examinations.
D. Vijay Kishore, professor and principal of school of planning and architecture of the varsity moved the court contending that his removal from the post of convener of examinations against to Section 75 of the AP Reorganisation Act.
He said the varsity was put in 10 schedule of the Act and the bifurcation of the varsity would be decided by AP and Telangana within one year and in the meantime, both governments can fund and administer this varsity.
