Mumbai: The rupee is trading at 60.78-79 per dollar versus Thursday's close of 60.9250-9350. The Indian unit had fallen to 61.03 in early trade.
Huge dollar selling by custodian banks seen, say traders. Traders to monitor domestic shares for cues on fund flows.
Nifty trading largely flat ahead of key data. CPI data due post-market crucial for near-term direction.
