Nithyananda dupes all, comes with pre-prepared statement before even tests conducted

Test include injecting fluids into body, which he claims had suffered a severe reaction

Bengaluru: As reported by Deccan Chronicle on Wednesday, self-styled godman Nithyananda, refused to undergo a potency test, but interestingly, not only had he come fully prepared NOT to take the tests, he also came to Victoria Hospital, armed with a pre-prepared statement, written well before even one of the tests had been administered.

In the written statement addressed to the Medical Superintendent of Victoria Hospital and investigating officials, the controversial godman states he could not undergo an invasive procedure crucial to determine his potency, stating as Deccan Chronicle reported, that the last time he underwent an invasive test he had a cardiac problem and that he would like to consult his personal cardiologist before going ahead.

While he had consented to all the tests, including the invasive ones and was aware that a reasonable amount of force would be applied during the medical examination, he claimed in the pre-written statement, that he had experienced deep-rooted penile pain while being examined, and this had made him apprehensive about undergoing the invasive test before consulting his personal cardiologist.

He said that he had experienced so much pain during the penile Doppler test that he was neither able to move or sit. The doctors examining him had applied gel and gave him some medication, but the pain was so severe that he had even asked to be given a pain-killer injection, he further states. The godman also claimed he could not provide semen for analysis and this could be vouched for by the examining doctors. The test includes injecting fluids into the godman's body to which he claims he suffered a severe allergic reaction on previous occasions.

The case dates back to charges of rape filed against the godman by a disciple and small time actress in 2010.
