Jayalalithaa said Onam festival brings with it the ideal of living in harmony
Chennai: Tamil Nadu Governor K. Rosaiah and Chief Minister Jayalalithaa on Saturday extended their greetings to Malayalees living in Tamil Nadu on the occasion of Onam festival.
“I convey my heartiest greetings and best wishes to the Malayalees living in Tamil Nadu and in other parts of the country. May this festival, which symbolises the richness of
culture and tradition, promote peace, harmony and unity and bring in prosperity,” Rosaiah said in a Raj Bhavan release.
In her greetings, Jayalalithaa said Onam festival brings with it the ideal of living in harmony with a sense of love, peace and brotherhood.
