Mumbai: The film industry seems to be on a perfection overdrive with filmmakers insisting that their actors attend workshops before cameras start rolling.
Nikhil Advani has made special arrangements for the lead cast of his upcoming film Katti Batti — Kangana Ranaut and Imran Khan — to attend workshops.
“Since Kangana is shooting for her brand endorsements and Imran too has some time in hand, they’ll be to undergoing some training,” says a unit member.
Regarding his film, Nikhil has been tight-lipped about the script and other details.
“I look at this trend of workshops as an extremely professional approach. Every actor should train for the character they play on screen. It adds weight to their performance,” says Nikhil’s close associate.
