ALUR: In a shocking incident, a four-year-old boy was beaten to death by his neighbour for urinating in his premises in Pedda Hotur village under Alur police station limits in Kurnool district on Monday. Sources said that Vinod, 4, the second son of Gangadhar and Sujatha, woke up in the morning and came out from the house to urinate. He attended nature’s call next to the adjacent house belonging to Chinna Thippanna. Following this, an angry Mr Thippanna beat up the boy with a stick.
The boy fell to the ground instantly and lost consciousness. His parents immediately shifted him to a nearby hospital at Alur, where the doctors declared him as brought dead. Mr Thippanna absconded after the incident. Following the incident, the parents and relatives of the boy staged a dharna in front of the police station at Alur demanding stringent action against the neighbour. The Alur police officials registered a case based on a complaint by lodged by the victim’s father Mr Gangadhar. The body was sent to a Kurnool hospital for post-mortem. Sources said that Mr Tippanna and Mr Gangadhar’s families had some disputes in the past.
