Srinagar: Indian and Pakistani border guards exchanged fire along the border hours after a flag meeting was held between the two sides on Wednesday to defuse situation. No casualties were reported in fresh skirmish but two residential houses on the Indian side of the IB in Pargwal sector were hit by bullets, officials said. Meanwhile, Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Council on Thursday passed a resolution impressing upon the state to urge the Centre to resume the process of Indo-Pak dialogue.
