XO Cafe Creme
Ingredients:

  • 30 ml coffee tequila
  • 15 ml white crème de cacao
  • 15 ml coconut rum
  • 60 ml half and half (one part milk and one part cream)
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Shredded coconut for garnish

Method:
Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Garnish with whipped cream and shredded coconut.

XO Cafe Nightcap
Ingredients:

  • 25 ml coffee tequila
  • 25 ml white crème de cacao
  • 25 ml half & half
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 30 ml fresh lemon sour mix
  • Chocolate syrup

Method:
Swirl glass with chocolate syrup. Combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass.

XO Prediction
Ingredients:

  • 45 ml coffee tequila
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Cola
  • Whipped cream
  • Cocktail cherry for garnish
  • Chocolate syrup for garnish

Method:
Add tequila to a coupe dessert glass with ice cream. Fill up with cola and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and chocolate syrup.
