SRINAGAR: Even as the Army and the BSF have reportedly mobilized one of the biggest reinforcements along the LoC and International Border in Jammu and Kashmir in the wake of increasing incidence of border skirmishes, no fresh clash has been reported from the frontier.
However the Army and militants have continued to engage in firefights at different places in Kupwara.
A defence spokesperson here confirmed that one more militant was killed on Tuesday in the encounter with troops at Kalaroos near the LoC taking the overall death toll to eight, including five militants and three soldiers.
