Centre is reportedly exploring the option of moving her to the Northeast

New Delhi: Amidst speculation that she is going to resign, Kerala governor Sheila Dikshit on Monday met Union home minister Rajnath Singh and President Pranab Mukherjee.
Though there are reports that Ms Dikshit wants to return to Delhi before the Assembly polls, expected to be held by the year-end, when asked about her proposed move to quit, the Kerala governor said, “These are just rumours.”
However, the Centre is reportedly exploring the option of moving her to the Northeast following which Ms Dikshit might quit.
