Dehradun: A 56-year-old woman in Uttarakhand fought a leopard before killing it with a sickle and an axe, two days ago according to reports.
Kamla Devi, a resident of Koti village in Rudrparayag district, was attacked by the leopard when she was tilling her farm land on Sunday morning.
Devi bravely fought the big cat with an axe and sickle, but sustained serious injuries. She is currently undergoing treatment at Srinagar Garhwal Base hospital and is critical.
