Why no gym for Kangana Ranaut?
Mumbai: While most of her contemporaries and senior actresses are busy slogging it out at the gym to achieve the perfect figure, Kangana Ranaut has opted for a healthier and happier medium for fitness. The actress, who has been asked to go easy on her workout and add a few extra pounds for the sequel of Tanu Weds Manu, has taken to power and aerial yoga.
“Kangana has stopped doing heavy weights. During Queen, she had lost a lot of weight. Fitness has always been of prime importance to her and nowadays she is practising this special form of yoga that isn’t popular yet in the country,” says a close source. She practises six days a week and the results are already showing. Kangana was spotted at a suburban cafe looking more radiant than ever. “Since she has some time before she starts shooting for the sequel of Tanu Weds Manu, Kangana is making optimum use to redefine her approach to fitness.”
