Telangana BJP tells K Chandrasekhar Rao to fulfil vows
Hyderabad: BJP state president G. Kishan Reddy on Sunday asked Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to spell out his priorities. He sought to know if he would convert Telangana into Singapore and London or implement poll promises.
Addressing the media here, Mr Kishan Reddy said the CM was making tall promises of converting TS into Singapore and London when farmers were suffering due to power cuts and poor rain. “It is your responsibility to help farmers who are in distress,” he said.
“Farmers in Telangana are on the roads agitating against poor power supply, but still the government has not helped them by implementing the loan waiver scheme,” Mr Kishan Reddy said.
He said that even Medak the home district of the CM, was facing acute power crisis.
