Watch: Very sporting of Alia Bhatt to act in 'Genius of the Year'

Mumbai: Ever since Alia Bhatt exposed her poor grasp of general knowledge on the show 'Koffee with Karan', she was ridiculed on the internet.

But she was given a chance to redeem herself with a little help from the folks at All India Backchod (AIB). The sporting actress took her ‘oops’ moment on national TV and turned it into a brilliant sketch titled ‘Genius of the Year’.

Alia has been diagnosed with an acute case of ‘Darsheel Safary’ and visits the ‘Dumb Belle Mental Gym’ to get smart. This short film is directed by Shakun Batra who has made 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu'in 2012.
